Scott Garnham: Pompidou

Date - 6 March, 2015, All News Television

Scott Garnham features in this Sunday’s episode of Pompidou airing at 6.35pm on BBC Two HD.

In an old caravan parked in front of his crumbling estate lives Pompidou – a tubby, pompous, penniless, eccentric, yet lovable aristocrat. He is an elderly oddball who has fallen on hard times.

In this instalment, Pompidou thinks he’s won the lottery, but Hove’s the real winner. A transformation in Hove leaves poor Pompidou bereft, but he won’t let that last long.

Scott Garnham played Tony in the first UK Tour of Billy Elliot for Working Title. He can also be seen in the Matt Lucas comedy series Pompidou for the BBC.

His theatre credits include Buddy Cortina in the original West End productions of Made In Dagenham and I Can't Sing, the London premiere of Title of Show and Les Miserables at the Queens Theatre, for which he was nominated at The Awards and Edgar Beane in Titanic at The Princess of Wales Theatre, Toronto.
