Daisy Maywood is currently in rehearsals for A Chorus Line which performs at the London Palladium from February 5th. Daisy will feature as Bebe alongside Scarlett Strallen, John Partridge and Victoria Hamilton-Barrit.

Based on true stories, A Chorus Line revolutionised Broadway, becoming the longest running musical in New York theatre history, breaking records, winning nine Tony Awards, seven Drama Desk Awards, the New York Critics’ Circle Award and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.

A Chorus Line centres on a series of auditions for a new Broadway musical. For everyone present, it’s the chance of a lifetime. It’s the one opportunity to do what they’ve always dreamed of – to have the chance to dance. Told through captivating song, riveting drama and stunning choreography, the auditionees describe the events that have shaped their lives and their decisions to become dancers.

Since graduating from Arts Ed, Daisy Maywood has become a familiar face in London's West End. She is currently in the cast of A Chorus Line at the London Palladium. Daisy also played Eponine in the 25th Anniversary year of Les Miserables and Meg in the 25th Anniversary Concert of Phantom Of The Opera.

Other leading credits include Maria in West Side Story for The Sage/RSC, Peggy Sawyer in 42nd Street, Dainty June in Gypsy both for Leicester Curve and Crissy in Hair for the Ljubljana Festival.
