Clare Hingott films her third series as Beryl on the BBC Series, Indian Doctor. The show is a British television drama set in the sixties. Produced by Rondo Media and Avatar Productions, it was first broadcast on BBC One in 2010. It stars Sanjeev Bhaskar as an Indian doctor who finds work in a South Wales mining village.


Welsh actress Clare Hingott recently reprised her role of Beryl in the third series of The Indian Doctor, and can currently be seen as series regular Cheryl in Stella for Tidy Productions.

Clare is a familiar face on BBC Wales, as both an actress and presenter with regular roles on S4C series including The Baas, Canpunt A Mochyn and Emyn Roc A Rol.

Clare's theatre credits include Attempts On Her Life for The Sherman Theatre, The Misanthrope for The National Theatre of Wales and The Witches for Birmingham Rep.
