Waleed Elgadi plays Walid Rashid in Season Two of Tyrant, continuing tonight at 9pm on Fox.

Tyrant is an American drama television series created by director and writer Gideon Raff and developed by Howard Gordon and Craig Wright. The first season of Tyrant consisting of 10 episodes premiered on American cable network FX on June 24, 2014 and ended on August 26, 2014. FX renewed Tyrant for a second season which premiered on June 16, 2015, and ended September 1, 2015.

On October 8, 2015, FX renewed the series for a third season.

Overview

Sudanese born actor Waleed Elgadi has worked extensively across Film, Television and Theatre both in the UK and internationally.

Recent television work includes Crossing Lines for NBC, Tyrant for Fox, the Ridley Scott produced Killing Jesus and popular political drama Borgen.

In film, he has recently shot A Hologram for the King for Tom Tykwer alongside Tom Hanks. He can also be seen in Film4 comedy Four Lions, Dirty War for BBC/HBO and Brothers.
