Scott Garnham leads ‘Billy Elliot’ UK Tour

Scott Garnham will play the leading role of Tony in the Billy Elliot UK Tour.

Having celebrated 10 extraordinary years in London’s West End, Billy Elliot the Musical, one of the most beloved shows on stage today, begins its first ever UK and Ireland tour in February 2016.

Set in a northern mining town during the miners’ strike of 1984/’85, Billy Elliot is the inspirational story of a young boy’s fight to make his dream come true. Follow Billy’s journey from boxing ring to ballet class where he discovers a talent that unites his family, inspires his community and changes his life forever.

Featuring iconic music by Elton John, phenomenal dance and a powerful story, experience this uplifting and spectacular theatrical event that has won the hearts of millions since it opened in London and has gone on to captivate audiences around the world.

Overview

Scott Garnham played Tony in the first UK Tour of Billy Elliot for Working Title. He can also be seen in the Matt Lucas comedy series Pompidou for the BBC.

His theatre credits include Buddy Cortina in the original West End productions of Made In Dagenham and I Can't Sing, the London premiere of Title of Show and Les Miserables at the Queens Theatre, for which he was nominated at The BroadwayWorld.com Awards and Edgar Beane in Titanic at The Princess of Wales Theatre, Toronto.
