Sarah Paul films Doctors

Sarah is filming a guest lead this week as Lauren Baiden in Doctors for BBC One.

Set in the fictional midlands town of Letherbridge, the series has been sunning for 13 years, picking up a variety of different nominations and awards.

Doctors films in Birmingham and follows the lives of the staff and patients at the busy Mill Health Centre and Campus Surgery. The format of each episode typically sees the doctors and nurses of the practice meeting their patients, both at the surgeries and on house calls, dealing with their medical complaints alongside other continuing story lines.

The series is produced by BBC Birmingham, with the first episode broadcast on 27th March 2000. It was created by Chris Murray, developed by Mal Young and originally produced by Carson Black.

Sarah Paul is a leading television actress, best known as a series regular on Nickelodeon's House of Anubis.
