The Theatre Critics of Wales Award panel have nominated Katie Elin-Salt for an award this year for his performance in Educating Rita. She is up for ‘The Best Female Performance in the English Language’ Award for her performance as Rita at Clwyd Theatr Cymru.

The hugely popular play was written by Willy Russell and was adapted from the feature film originally staring Julie Walters and Michael Caine.
