Sandra Duncan: King John and Richard III for RSC

Sandra Duncan will play The Duchess of York in Richard III, and Lady Faulconbridge in King John for The RSC’s 2012 Nations at War Season.

Nations at War is three plays exploring the struggle for absolute power and the right to lead a nation, including the world premiere of A Soldier in Every Son – An Aztec Trilogy.

Overview

Sandra Duncan is a multi-award winning actress. Notable theatre credits include Richard III and King John (RSC), Mrs Birling in An Inspector Calls, directed by Stephen Daldry, Bernarda in The House of Bernarda Alba for Shared Experience and West End productions of Abelard and Eloise and The Secretary Bird.

Television credits include Midsomer Murders, Silk and series regular in Westgate for SABC.
