Lena Kaur plays Rabia Rahil in BBC1′s daytime drama series Doctors.
Set in the fictional midlands town of Letherbridge, Doctors has been a BBC1 favourite since 2000. It films in Birmingham and follows the lives of the staff and patients at the busy Mill Health Centre and Campus Surgery.Overview
Lena Kaur is best known for her role as Leila Roy in Hollyoaks and was part of the original cast of the BBC3 comedy Scallywagga which she also co wrote. Other notable screen credits include Justin's House for BBC TV, Dr Alicia Patel in the fourth series of Torchwood and Maya in Tiger Aspect's Prisoners' Wives, Dani's Castle for CBBC, and Happy Valley for BBC One.
Lena's theatre credits include Treasure Island for National Theatre, the 'Curtain Call Award' winning Thursday for ETT, Sisters at Sheffield Theatres, the title role in Rubina for the Birmingham Rep and The Sky's The Limit at The Old Vic.
