Japanese born Haruka Abe spent her youth split between Tokyo and New York before settling in London.

She gained National UK recognition playing the role of Miko in all 5 series of the hit comedy Ideal opposite Johnny Vegas.

Haruka is currently filming My Phone Genie, ITV's new 26 part series due to air in 2012, having just completed principal photography on 47 Ronin for Universal opposite Keanu Reeves.
