David Avery: The Night Manager

David Avery plays Freddie Hamid in The Night Manager, the final episode of which will be screened on AMC in the States tonight, after receiving critical acclaim in the UK.

The Night Manager is a British-American six-part series based on the novel of the same name by John le Carré.

Former British soldier Jonathan Pine (Tom Hiddleston) is recruited by Burr (Olivia Colman), an intelligence operative. He is tasked to navigate Whitehall and Washington, D.C. where there is an alliance between the intelligence community and the secret arms trade. He must infiltrate the inner circle of arms dealer Richard Onslow Roper (Hugh Laurie), Roper’s girlfriend Jed (Elizabeth Debicki), and associate Corcoran (Tom Hollander).



British actor David Avery is best known for his series regular roles in The Night Manager for AMC, 24 for Fox, Borderline series 1 & 2 for C5 and the feature's Lost in London, Starred Up and The Inbetweeners Movie.

He will soon be seen playing Xanthius in upcoming BBC/Netflix drama Troy: Fall of a City, Liar for AMC and Cormoran Strike for HBO.
